Brian Larsen is the Vice President of Customer Success at Practice Fusion. He is responsible for managing a customer success team, performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, and delivering results. Brian is an expert in customer experience, IT management, account management, and data modeling. Prior to his current role at Practice Fusion, Brian has worked at ITHAKA, JSTOR, University of Michigan, and Columbia University.
